Effective June 10, 2026, support tickets for Facilities and Technology will be combined into a single central hub. To ensure the fastest possible resolution, please submit all requests through the IncidentIQ Portal.

Sign In: Go to d-e.incidentiq.com and select Microsoft Azure to log in with your school email.
Start Request: Click the New Ticket button in the top-left corner.
Set Location: Click Edit Location to select your specific building and room. If your room isn't listed, check "Room is not listed" and enter it manually.
Select Category: * Facilities Request: Use this for cleaning, deliveries (paper, water, tissues), or repairs.
Technology Request: Select Hardware, Software, Account or network issues.
Submit: Review your details and click Submit Ticket. You can track progress under the My Tickets tab.
