Staff School Pass Attendance
In an effort to improve the digital tracking of faculty and staff attendance, we will be using the SchoolPass app to monitor late arrivals and departures from campus for any reason. This system will replace the binder in the office and provide security with digital access in case of an emergency, ensuring we can account for everyone. New id's were issued so that the barcode will work.
Select Sign In or Out
Depending if you are coming onto campus or leaving select the appropriate action
Employee Id Card or Number
If you have your id you can select scan digital id. You will then be asked to present your id under the ipad to sign you out. If you know your employee id you can type it in the box and hit sign out at the bottom of the screen
Scan barcode
If you selected scan id, it will read the barcode on your id and sign you out or in.
Sign Out Confirmation
A message will appear when you sign out confiming your action

Enter your Employee id number or select scan your id
Sign in Confirmation
A message will appear when you are signed in
