Updating Citrix Workspace for Blackbaud NXT

Blackbaud has identified a critical security issue with old versions of the Citrix Workspace app. To ensure there will be no issues, please check to make sure that your Citrix Workspace app is up to date.

Checking Current Version

    1. Find the Citrix Workspace app icon in your taskbar near the clock. It is the blue circular icon. Right click on the icon, and select Advanced Preferences from the menu.
    2. At the bottom of the Advanced Preferences window, you will see an About section. Look for the part of the version number that is in the parenthesis. If the number in the parenthesis is 1904 or higher, you are up to date. If not, please follow the directions below to update your Citrix client.

Updating Citrix Workspace

    1. Find the Citrix Workspace app icon in your taskbar near the clock. It is the blue circular icon. Right click on the icon, and select Check for Updates from the menu.
    2. The Citrix client will check for updates. If it finds an update available, follow the directions on screen to install the update.
