MyDE Login Blank Page

If you are trying to log into MyDE using Chrome and are presented with a blank page instead of the login prompt, please follow these instructions to fix the problem.

1. Launch Chrome, click on the Menu on the right side of Chrome, and select Settings.

2. In Settings, scroll all the way to the bottom and click the link Show Advanced Settings...

3. Under Privacy, click the button Clear browsing data...

4. Set the options shown below, then click the button Clear browsing data.

5. Close & re-open Chrome.  It should be working now!
