AR 360 service status

Any known problems or planned maintenance with the AR 360 service will be posted here.

AR 360 is scheduled to be unavailable for one 4-hour period during the week of December 27–30, 2016. While updates are normally applied during off hours, this update may be applied during the day.

Note to students:
If you have a problem with AR 360 that interferes with you completing your homework, try again about an hour later if possible as disruptions or maintenance are sometimes resolved quickly.  (A locked account due to entering your password wrong too many times is not a service disruption and will be automatically fixed at midnight.)

Note to teachers:
For the most update-to-date status information, Renaissance software engineers generally post the status of the service on our custom Renaissance Place site, which you can access by using the Teacher login choice at Login using your AR 360 username and password and look at the bottom of that page. If nothing is posted, service status should be normal.
